ESTRATEGIAS PARA LA ENSEÑANZA DE LAS MATEMÁTICAS

El objetivo principal de este presente proyecto es proponer estrategias adecuadas y flexibles para alcanzar las destrezas necesarias en el área de matemáticas de los estudiantes de Noveno Año de Educación General Básica de la Unidad Educativo del Milenio Manuel J. Calle. Para lograr esta investigación se siguieron tres pasos: Sistematizar fuentes bibliográficas de estrategias que colaboren con la labor del docente para alcanzar las destrezas necesarias en los estudiantes, diagnosticar causas por las cuales los estudiantes presentan un déficit en las destrezas del área de matemáticas y finalmente exponer estrategias para que los estudiantes lleguen a alcanzar las destrezas y habilidades necesarias en el área de matemáticas. Además, se llegó a la conclusión que las estrategias utilizadas por parte del docente cumplen en parte con su función que es despertar el interés y la motivación en las matemáticas a sus estudiantes, los diferentes autores mencionan la importancia de buscar una buena estrategia dependiendo de las habilidades y destrezas de un grupo de estudiantes. También se pudo percatar las diferentes causas por la cual los estudiantes presentan un déficit en las destrezas del área de matemáticas, mediante encuestas se pudo evidenciar que varios estudiantes no cuentan con las destrezas necesarias para estar en su nivel, pues nos comentaron que en años anteriores no todos los temas quedaron claros, y por ende años tras año van con el mismo problema, también pudimos evidenciar la falta de interés de los estudiantes hacia las matemáticas, no podemos generalizar, pero esto se hizo evidente en las observaciones en las prácticas pre profesionales.

Abstract

The main objective of this project is to propose adequate and flexible strategies to achieve the necessary skills in the area of mathematics of the Ninth Year students of Basic General Education of the Educational Unit of the Millennium Manuel J. Calle achieve this research three steps were followed: Systematize bibliographic sources of strategies that collaborate with the work of the teacher to achieve the necessary skills in the students, diagnose causes for which students have a deficit in the skills of the area of mathematics and finally expose strategies for students to reach the skills and abilities needed in the area of mathematics. In addition, it was concluded that the strategies used by the teacher comply in part with their function that is to awaken the interest and motivation in mathematics to their students, the different authors mention the importance of looking for a good strategy depending on the skills and skills of a group of students. It was also possible to notice the different causes for which the students have a deficit in the skills of the area of mathematics, through surveys it was possible to show that several students do not have the necessary skills to be at their level, since they told us that in previous years not all topics were clear, and therefore year after year they go with the same problem, we could also show the students' lack of interest in mathematics, we can not generalize, but this was evident in the observations in pre-professional practices

Resultados:

En la figura N°5, 34 estudiantes nos dicen que si les gusta como imparte clase de Matemáticas su docente y a 7 estudiantes no les gusta como imparte clases su docente de Matemáticas.

En la figura N°7, 23 estudiantes nos dicen que sienten presión a la hora de aprender matemáticas, y 18 estudiantes no sienten la presión por aprender matemáticas.
